Welcome to our November newsletter.
Our Christmas room is now open! It’s back in the conservatory and has everything from wrapping paper to felt decorations. We’ve also got more gifts than ever on offer in our housewares section, not forgetting the garden gifts and tools in DIY. If you’re looking for something for that person who has everything, we’ve got gift vouchers in a variety of designs. Look out for our advert in the December issue of The Viaduct and Blue Sheet, where you will find a 10% off Christmas decorations.
Remember, remember, the 5th of November….our fireworks will be on sale until 10th November, then between 26th to 31st December for New Year.
Once again a moving remembrance window has been created, paying tribute to pilots in WWII. Thanks go to Geoff Pringle of Long Sutton for the loan of genuine spitfire parts. The display is well worth a look, especially at night.
Christmas trees are due in the last week of November, sourced from a local supplier to put money back into the local economy and save on fuel miles. They are very competitively priced, starting at just £8.75 with free delivery to the local area as usual. Once they’re gone, they’re gone! Here’s our post from last year on Christmas Tree History and Care, where you will find some useful facts and tips. Please be aware last years price list is attached, but the prices will have only gone up by a very small amount, if any at all!
- Bonfire Night 5th Nov
- Remembrance Sunday 8th Nov
- Remembrance Day 11th Nov
- Christmas Trees End of Nov
We hope you are all well.
